  • Make timely payments for services as agreed

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for time or services already rendered.

If a recurring payment plan is in place, you are responsible for canceling it before the next billing cycle if you wish to discontinue.

4. Results Disclaimer

We strive to deliver measurable results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Business performance depends on many variables outside of our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, designs, and content created by Vanity Media remain the intellectual property of the agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not replicate, redistribute, or claim ownership of any creative or strategic work without written permission.

You agree not to:
